Due to our strategic alliance with Malaysian Trustees Berhad (MTB), all Wills prepared by us or our testamentary counsellor can now be kept by MTB. No longer would you need to worry about where to keep your Wills as there would be confidentiality and no easy access by any unauthorized personnel.

The risk of the Will being destroyed accidentally is minimal. With MTB being a trust corporation you can rest assured that your Wills are in safe custody. MTB would be able to act as trustee, administrator, executor and in trust related dealings.

Custodian of Will Fees by MTB

1. Where Malaysian Trustees Berhad (MTB) is appointed as Executor:

2. Where Malaysian Trustees Berhad (MTB) is NOT appointed as Executor:

3. Acceptance Fee (applied when MTB is the appoint executor):
