Today we take a look at Wills written by the late Diana, Princess of Wales. This Will is prepared four years ahead of time before she died tragically in a high speed car accident in the Pont de l'Alma road tunnel in Paris on 31^st August 1997.

In her Will she appointed her brother and mother as the guardian to her under aged children. She left behind her estate to both of her son Prince William and Prince Harry in equal shares which will be held in trust by her trustees until her son reached 25 years old.

1.  Too Complicated. Using Wills as a tool to solve all their trust and estate related matter

Wills should be straight forward. It should be a mechanism to transfer your hard earned assets to your selected beneficiaries. If you have large and complicated issue such as trust for your company properties, deal with it by using separate tools such as creating a living trust specifically for that.

The more complicated is your Will, the longer time it will take to be sorted out.
Should you have large and complicated estate, we would suggest you to hire a professional financial planner to deal with it.
